Post 2: The Experiencer

The Experiencer. October 3rd 2019

I don’t think people realise this one fundamental truth to existence, to being human. That you are the entirety of experience in life. You all you. So whatever you experience good or bad comes down to you. We all know negative people, that are a drain to your energy, and at the level of us being energetic beings we are all attracted to energy on some level whether it’s good or bad. But here’s the thing, people who hate are hate and people who love are love. Coming back to the universal law, you are exactly what energy you express, you transmit to the world, the creation of your thoughts, your beliefs your emotions. Most people run an automatic response programme and will react in the same way to whatever stimulates or provokes them. Angry people will be just that, angry. Forgiving people will be that, forgiving. It takes tremendous self awareness to recognise and observe your response, your behaviour and ultimately the reality you are creating and emitting to the world.

As within so without. Once again what you contain within is what will be contained in the outside world. You are always just reflecting that. Think of the sun, it only radiates what it is. It takes an evolved and enlightened soul to realise just how much we create the internal enviroment, therefore the external reality we live. What people have to really realise, is you cannot escape your mind or your body...that to blame your external circumstances for whatever only happens because it’s coming from within you. Really ponder that. It leaves you no place to hide, you have to start embodying this truth. No amount of blame or distraction can ever help you.

To say that ultimately we are responsible for the entire well being of our lives is in understatement. I know we are all dealt different hands, that life is not inherently fair, that darkness exists, suffering exists, it’s the nature of this universe that this reality is comprised of contrasting expressions. The thing is whatever you are experiencing no matter how good or bad, it’s all within you. Just you.
