Post 25: The Antidote to a Mad World...

Take a moment right now and ask yourself what you were thinking of and therefore focusing on.

Then ask yourself, what were you thinking about for the last 10 mins, hour? Was it good, bad, how did your thinking make you feel?

The reality is that we are creating a story, a life in our minds through our thinking - then this reality shapes our external world how we ultimately perceive it. Just think, we are walking around in our own “bubble of reality”.

The quality of our thoughts, how this makes us feel from moment creates our day to day lives…powerful stuff!!

And let’s face it, the world, the “external world”, the reality we are being led to believe is pretty f**king crazy! It’s as if it’s all upside down, back to front, a complete 180 degrees of what it should be.

We are presented with a decision whether to believe one way or another, to believe into the fear and drama or find another way…an antidote to the madness, the craziness…

And, because the law of polarity, there is an opposite to everything, a solution to every problem an antidote or remedy to any situation. Where there is bad there is good. Where there is fear there is love. It’s simply how this reality operates, and you get to choose where you place your attention, your life-force, your energy. 

Remember, that what you focus on you get more of!!! Here’s a few simple tips that can help;

Be aware of your thoughts!!!

Where your attention goes, your energy flows!!!

Is it flowing to what makes you feel good, happy? Or do they depress you and bring you down?

Interrupt your habitual thoughts, be vigilant and notice noticing…breathe, meditate, sit still with awareness, any practice that allows you to observe and witness

Who’s in control of your thoughts? Who is in control of your internal reality? And therefore the reality that you then project into the external world.

All is energy, what energetic state, vibration are you emanating out to the world? What do you radiate?

Think of the sun and how it radiates an energy…tell me does the suns energy make you feel good, does it uplift you, alter your mood?

Why is that? Think of all the natural forces and elements that uplift your mood.

Why is a walk along a beach, a swim in the river, being in the great outdoors changes your mood?…there is a reason for that…it connects you to your natural essence.

The antidote to the drama, to the fear is simple…

It’s embodying and feeling the opposite, its-

Lightness of being

It’s doing what you enjoy

It’s homeostasis

It’s being grateful and focusing on the things that you have

It’s simple rituals of health and wellness that are free

It’s unplugging from the things that suck the energy and life-force from you

It’s having the daily routine, the commitment to what brings you joy and happiness, not in some future moment, but here and NOW

All exists in the NOW…this where all opportunity, creativity, inspiration resides…it’s where we are in our power and centred.

When you break the spell of the thoughts that are not serving you, you then create the space for new inspiring thoughts to arise, which changes your state.

And this then attracts that which you are, the energetic frequency you resonate cannot but then attract that which you embody.

It’s actually that simple, in fact keep it simple. As complex as we are, sometimes we overlook the simplicity.

Give yourself permission to smile, to enjoy the little moments, to be open to receiving the joy and good things…it’s true, only YOU can make yourself truly happy.

We look outside ourselves in everything and anything to find that magic key to being happy, whole…it was always just one moment, one decision away to say YES
